1. Online Store Terms

2. Our Products
Zero Matrix Studio creates and sells handmade products, artworks, decorative objects, limited-edition pieces, resin creations, framed wall decor, custom-made items, digital products, and custom AI-generated songs.
Many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, cast, sculpted, framed, finished, or assembled individually. This means that small variations in color, shape, surface texture, finish, details, and appearance may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.
3. Handmade and Limited Edition Items
Some of our products are produced as limited editions. Where a product is described as limited edition, the edition size, numbering, certificate of authenticity, or other details will be stated on the product page where applicable.
Limited edition items must not be reproduced, copied, resold under false claims, or represented as original works by anyone other than Zero Matrix Studio.
Certificates of authenticity, edition numbers, product descriptions, and artwork names remain part of the identity of the piece.
4. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are created according to the customer’s specific request. This may include custom colors, names, text, designs, themes, personal details, special instructions, or other individual preferences.
Once production has started, custom-made or personalised products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including names, dates, text, spelling, design preferences, and any other details needed for the order.
5. Digital Products
Zero Matrix Studio may offer custom AI-generated songs, lyrics, audio files, digital downloads, and other digital creative services.
For custom AI-generated songs, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary information, such as names, occasion, preferred language, mood, style, personal details, and any special requests.
We will use the provided information to create a custom digital product based on the customer’s request. While we aim to follow the requested style and mood, the final artistic result may vary due to the creative and AI-assisted nature of the process.
Digital products and custom AI-generated songs are generally non-refundable once production has started or the digital file has been delivered, where permitted by applicable law.
For EU customers, digital content may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if the customer has expressly agreed that delivery or production may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital service or delivery begins.
6. Product Information and Accuracy
We do our best to present product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, and availability as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors or details exactly as they appear in real life.
Product photos are for illustration and presentation purposes. Handmade products may vary slightly from the images shown.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
7. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the applicable settings at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed, produced, or shipped.
If a payment is declined, cancelled, reversed, or suspected of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock errors, unavailable materials, shipping restrictions, or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times, delivery estimates, and costs may vary depending on destination, product type, production time, and shipping provider.
Handmade, custom-made, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, postal services, holidays, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
10. Customs, Import Taxes and Duties
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by Zero Matrix Studio and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
11. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. These exceptions may include custom-made products, personalised products, and certain digital products or services.
From 19 June 2026, Shopify notes that EU merchants selling online may need to provide a clearly visible electronic withdrawal function, such as a button or link, that lets customers exercise their withdrawal right directly from the store.
12. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate, such as repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.
13. Care and Use of Products
Some products may be fragile, decorative, or intended for indoor display only.
Customers are responsible for using and caring for products according to any product description, care instructions, or common-sense handling requirements.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, our decorative products are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, artwork, photographs, text, logos, graphics, product names, descriptions, videos, music samples, and branding, belongs to Zero Matrix Studio or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of our website, products, images, texts, designs, digital files, music, or branding without written permission from us.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, design rights, intellectual property rights, or reproduction rights unless this is clearly agreed in writing.
15. User Content and Submitted Information
If you send us information, text, images, ideas, names, stories, design requests, song details, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to share and use that content.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, or outside the scope of our work.
16. AI-Assisted Creative Work
Some creative services may involve AI-assisted tools for generating lyrics, music, images, concepts, or other creative material.
AI-assisted results may vary, and we cannot guarantee that a generated result will match a specific artist, song, voice, brand, copyrighted work, or protected style.
Customers must not request content that infringes third-party rights, impersonates private individuals without permission, or violates applicable laws.
17. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our website may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping services, analytics tools, apps, or integrations.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, errors, outages, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
