Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Ready-to-ship products are usually processed within 3-4 business days. Handmade, custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, postal delays, courier issues, holidays, weather, or incorrect address details.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Digital products and custom AI-generated songs are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping.
